Chez elle l’inspiration se révèle comme une aventure à travers laquelle elle rend hommage à la nature sans tenir compte de la réalité qui l’entoure, rien ne se fixe, tout se forme et se déforme, sa palette de couleurs est assumée et celle-ci se permet une grande liberté dans la composition. Son parcours, elle le doit autant à la nature qui l’entoure qu’aux rencontres qui l’ont fait évoluer.

Christian Roy lives and creates in the beautiful city of Quebec, where light blends with the reflections of the St. Lawrence River.
In 2020, he embarked on a nine-month sailing journey from Quebec to the Bahamas aboard his sailboat Belle Excuse. Confronted with the vastness of the sea, he transformed this experience into an intimate dialogue with the ocean and its mysteries.
From this voyage emerged a body of work that evokes both escape and contemplation—like a sanctuary where the sea’s blues speak softly to the soul.
His artistic world unfolds through two main collections:
Blue Horizon, capturing the infinity of the open sea and its luminous transformations.
Nomadic Brush, breaking free from boundaries and conventions to fully embrace freedom.
