Elle peint exclusivement à l’huile et toujours alla prima. Elle peint tout ce qui peut raviver un souvenir heureux.
Elle adore chercher des objets vintages, et elle intègre ses trouvailles préférées dans son art.
Elle peint également des objets que l’on ne s’attendrait pas forcément à voir dans une peinture. Elle s’est donné comme défi de trouver les objets les plus banals et de les rendre magnifiques, car à ses yeux, ils le sont réellement. Parfois, elle reproduit un véritable papier peint vintage en arrière-plan, parfois une lumière projetant des ombres dessus.
Jacinthe veut vous inciter à voir le monde différemment, à vraiment regarder autour de vous. Prendre le temps d’apprécier chaque choses de la vie.
Jacinthe a remporté de nombreux concours artistiques, a fait la couverture de magazines d’art et a reçu des prix prestigieux.
Elle est représentée dans plusieurs galeries en France, au Canada et aux États-Unis.

She paints in oils exclusively.
She paints anything that will bring back a happy memory. She loves to thrift shop and she includes her favorite finds into her art. She also paints things that a person would not usually expect to see in a painting. She’s made it somewhat of a challenge to find the most mundane objects and make them appear beautiful because in her eyes, they truely are.
Sometimes she will use one of her genuine vintage wallpaper in the background, sometimes a light casting shadows down on it. Jacinthe wants to force you to look at the world differently, to really look around and smell the ketchup! Ketchup is my favorite colour.. Oups… her favorite colour 😉
Jacinthe has won many art contest, has been on the cover of art magazines and has received some very prestigious awards.
Her work is sold in galleries in France, Canada and the United States.
